About me
Daniel Degen
My name is Daniel, I am 32 and I have been working at Prestige Group as an acquisition specialist for two years. I am the first person you meet as a property owner: I listen to your ideas, view the apartment or house with you and suggest how to rent it out or sell it on the best terms.
What I like most about my work is talking to people. Every property has its own story and every owner has different concerns – someone needs to find a tenant quickly, someone else wants to sell without stress or manage an apartment from a distance. My job is to explain everything clearly, say honestly what you can expect and set up the cooperation so that it works from the start.
After our first meeting I hand you over to the agent who will take care of your property all the way to the key handover. But I stay on the phone whenever you need advice.

How I work
Most owners I talk to don’t yet know whether they want to sell or rent out. My job is to give them enough information to decide calmly.
I tell you honestly what is realistic. If working with us would not pay off for you, I will tell you that too – trust means more to us than one signed contract.
