Prestige Group is a real estate agency in Prague that has been helping owners rent out, sell and manage apartments, houses and commercial spaces since 2017. Our office is on Na Poříčí in Prague 1 and we work across the whole city – from Vinohrady and Karlín to Smíchov, Dejvice and Prague 9.

Our real estate agents take care of the entire process: a valuation based on apartments actually rented and sold, professional photos and video, listings on more than 12 platforms, viewings, tenant screening, lawyer-prepared contracts and the handover. Renting out is free for owners; our fee for a sale is 3%.

As English-speaking real estate agents in Prague (we also speak Czech and Russian), we work with many expats and owners living abroad. We have written guides to renting an apartment as a foreigner, buying property and choosing a district, and we offer full remote property management.

How much do your services cost?

Renting out is free for owners (the commission is paid by the tenant), a sale costs 3% of the sale price and management 10% of the net rent. Financing and a basic valuation are free; a detailed verified analysis costs CZK 2,500.

How quickly will you find a tenant or buyer?

Our average sale time is 2⁠–⁠3 months, compared with the usual 6⁠–⁠9 months on the market. We usually find a tenant for an apartment in Prague much faster.

How do you screen tenants?

We verify the applicant’s identity, income and references. We only recommend a tenant you would entrust your own property to.

Who prepares the lease or purchase contract?

We do. We draw up the lease, the handover report and the purchase contract so that they protect your interests.

How do you set the rent or sale price?

We base it on current prices of comparable properties in the area and on the size, condition and furnishing of the apartment. We always discuss the price with you in advance.

Do I need to be in Prague when renting out or selling?

No. We handle viewings and all communication with applicants for you and keep you informed throughout.

What if the tenant stops paying?

We reduce the risk by screening tenants thoroughly and agreeing a security deposit in the contract. If your property is under our management, we handle communication with the tenant and any further steps for you.

What does property management include?

Communication with tenants, payment checks, service charge settlements, repairs and maintenance and, if needed, finding a new tenant.

Do you also rent out and sell commercial spaces?

Yes. Besides apartments and houses, we rent out and sell offices, shops, restaurants and other commercial spaces in Prague.

Can you help me with a mortgage?

Yes. Our mortgage specialists compare bank offers, negotiate favourable terms and also help with refinancing.
