Adrenaline experiences and active holidays in the Czech Republic

If you are one of those people who are not just looking for peace and quiet on holiday, but also a good dose of excitement, the Czech Republic will not disappoint you. It offers a wide range of activities for adrenaline lovers – from paragliding over mountain ridges, via ferrata and rope parks, to motocross tracks and diving in flooded quarries.

An adrenaline-filled vacation is not just about physical performance – it is primarily about an experience that will leave a lasting impression on you. Whether you head out into nature or stay in the city, every corner of the Czech Republic has an activity that will get your blood pumping and offer you a whole new perspective on the landscape and yourself.

1.Skywalk Dolní Morava

Skywalk Dolní Morava is a unique spiral-shaped observation tower that rises on the border of the Orlické Mountains and the Jeseníky Mountains. This breathtaking structure, built at an altitude of 1,116 meters above sea level, offers not only panoramic views but also an unforgettable experience of walking “in the clouds.” Visitors can climb a wooden ramp to a height of 55 meters above the ground, where they will find a net attraction, relaxation areas, and a 100-meter-long adrenaline-fueled slide that leads down through the tower.

Skywalk is ideal for all ages, from families with children to adventurous travelers. In the winter months, the area also offers excellent skiing conditions, and in summer, there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, and paragliding.

2.Bungee jumping in Zvíkov

Adrenaline lovers should not miss a jump from the historic bridge in Zvíkovské Podhradí above the confluence of the Vltava and Otava rivers. This bungee jumping is one of the most attractive in the Czech Republic – not only because of its height (up to 48 meters), but also because of its unique surroundings with views of Zvíkov Castle and the beautiful nature of southern Bohemia.

The jump is supervised by experienced instructors and is intended for daredevils aged 15 and over. Safety is of course a priority, which is why every event is carried out with professional equipment and detailed instruction. The adrenaline rush lasts only a few seconds, but the memories will last forever.
